Hilary, Realist's calling me a blasphemer, Communist and homosexual is no big deal, but where does he get off calling me a Democrat! For the record, I am not a member of either the right-wing party or the right-wing religious party. -Jose

Jose, My band 45-90 opened for Dry County Drinker's CD release, and I need to say that they are everything that's advertised--fun, crazy, wild, and did I say fun. Also I need to say that the above does not sound like a very funny joke to me. If it is, it is a very sick joke. I think that if the Jesus I know heard this, he would cover his ears and go "blah, blah, blah..." to drown out this horrible sentiment. If indeed Jesus is anybody's "Lord and Savior," this kat has never met him up close and personal. Realist should be ashamed.

It was a pleasure to see that the new owner of the “Historic 23 Club”. Has finally brought it back to that good old “Honky Tonk” feeling that I remember as a young girl back in my mid 20’s.

I was briefly introduced to the new owner “Ralph” and I had to let him know what a “tremendous” Job he has done to bring back the good ole days of the 23 Club”

“HATS OFF TO YOU RALPH”

While we agree that our album featuring the "glowing pig aura of genius" is a soon-to-be American icon, we're honoring (ripping off) Hatch Show Print, not Sun Records. But if you play a cut off our platter on the above mentioned radio show, then we'll overlook the mistake and we won't challenge you to a fight.
Love,

Mixed reports have filtered back from Midnight Shift, the new Saturday night DJed event at Club Milano in SJ. The $10 cover for a DJed event isn't going to fly so it is now free to anyone arriving before 10:00. The after 10:00 price and the location in a former fancy restaurant instead of a dive bar still need re-thinking.
